    I had a insulting experience with that place I went in for a new patient exam and to get a
    Tooth extracted and they tried to slam my insurance and I for $6,800.00 claiming that I needed extensive gum treatments and cleanings and implants and parcels! The dentist went from telling me that I had 3 cavities to 5 cavities to 7 cavities all within 10 minutes. Just one month earlier my dentist for 5 years did my routine teeth cleaning and never mentioned anything about cavities.
    The young person that took my panoramic
    X-rays was extremely inexperienced at taking X-rays and had to keep taking them over several times the process was extremely uncomfortable and kind of painful!! Honestly it was like visiting a car dealership at Aspen Dental you felt like a dollar sign not a Person! It was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever experienced!!! I seriously feel like filling a Complaint with the New Mexico Dental Board!!!

  2. Hello, I’m writing to make an official complaint about the service I received on 7/18/23 at your Royal Oak office in Michigan. On 7/18/23, I was seen on a emergency visit due to a swollen jaw and unbearable pain. I was offered botex and told I was grinding my teeth. I was told I had no infection. I left there unable to pay $500.00 dollars for botex in pain and received a large bill for x-rays. Two week of unbearable pain, I went to a dentist in Detroit that offered me a second opinion and stated they wouldn’t charge me for x-rays. I was told I had an abscess in the upper and lower left side of my mouth and needed three root canels

    Aspen dental has failed me and I will share this with my friends and family. That dentist should be fired.

  3. My name is Marie Clemente, and I need some help getting my money back from Adams Best Western in Quincy, Ma.
    I had made reservations for the Adams Best Western in Quincy, Ma. My confirmation number was 395850101. Our initial stay was scheduled for 8/6/2023 to 8/10/2023, and I used my debit card to hold the room
    My two brothers arrived on Sunday at the Hotel and went to the room. I came on Tuesday, 8/8/2023, and decided not to stay in the same room with my brothers, so I got a single room across the hall from them.
    During our stay, my brother Carmen Frongillo requested to stay another day.
    My brother Carmen Frongillo used his credit card to check out of the room on Friday, 8/11/2023. He was charged $1029.00 for his stay in the initial room with the confirmation number 395850101.
    I was charged on my Credit for my two nights $501.00.
    I noticed on my debit checking account that I was billed an extra $849.00.
    I called Adams best western in Quincy, Ma. and explained the situation. I couldn’t get them to understand that they had double-billed me. I requested to speak to the manager, who stated that I had made two reservations, and she was charging $849.00 for both rooms. I had my brother Carmen Frongillo call the manager, and he explained that he stayed an extra night, that his credit card was billed $1029.00, and that I decided to take another room and was also billed $501.00 plus the $849.00. Neither my brother nor I could get the manager of Adams Best Western to understand what was happening. I’m at a loss. When I asked to speak to the Manager’s Manager, she refused. When I call now, she hangs up on me.
    Please help me get my money back. Adams Best Western will not admit they made a mistake, and I can’t afford an extra $849.00 to give them.
