The Bojangles in Johnson city TN on montcastle drive ripped me off! I ordered delivery through the Bojangles app and it was never delivered!!! I called the Bojangles and told them that and they said they couldn’t help me because they don’t deliver though the app clearly states that it does and we’ve ordered from there MANY times! They told me I would have to contact door dash and I don’t have an account with them and this is through your damn app so it shouldn’t be my responsibility!! I will never order here again and will give them a horrible review!!! This Will be reported to the better business bureau!!!! Horrible Bojangles and even worse customer service!!!!

My name is Jaheim Rawls and I am an employee with Bojangles in Greensboro, NC and I have had a few issues with some of my recent paychecks.
On one of my paychecks I received on July 24th for the previous pay period I worked 44 hours. However, on this paycheck the hours worked didnt reflect this, and I was short a few hundred dollars.
There was also a delay in receiving my current paycheck that I was expecting on today July 31st, but it didnt come this morning. Can you confirm that this check has shipped so I know to expect it soon?

I stopped in Abington Va at Bojangles and received horrible service, they got my order wrong and the food was cold. Could not resolve the issue after trying to talk with manager, or corporate.
Bojangles off university parkway Winston Salem Nc. – this store is never opened in time. I saw 3 people pull up when we did and they are not open. It’s past 30 min past when they are suppose to be opens. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this store. Please get better managers to run these stores.
