  1. After American Airlines cancelled our flight from Munich to USA twice in 2 days, we were assured of an overnight stay for Thursday, August 17. We arrived in late afternoon and were told nobody from American Airlines had called for reservations. The gentleman at the desk was rude. Two young ladies tried to help us, but AA did not answer their phones. Neither I nor my 94 year old husband speak German, and we were shepherding another lost couple. We were told that we had to pay with a credit card if we wanted a room. I asked a person at the business desk if she could call our Viyking Emergency number as the WiFi wasn’t working for my phone. She declined. Our mobility assistant returned to American Airlines and came back with a signed document from Marifi Martibez (Munich DE + 49 (0) 89-97592104. We were then allowed to stay. I cannot believe this is the impression Hilton wishes to leave with international travelers. Your gentleman at the front desk needs to learn the meaning of hospitality. Our sincere thanks to the daytime staff who were more than gracious, and for the young woman who tried to help initially. Margaret Lash

  4. I am sorry to say that we scammed for our recent stay at Kanyeta- Hampton Inn. We did a trip to Arizona and looked up the hotel newar Kanyeta area. We then decided to book a room in Hampton Inn as we liked the reviews and the pictures.

We did our booking and below is the reservations details. I am attaching the screenshot of what we saw on the website as well and the Hampton inn reservation numbers.

We reached Hampton inn on the day of reservation @10 pm and we were directed to go to Kanyeta monument valley inn where the staff was super rude and didn’t bother to address our queries around breakfast and amenities.

Not sure if this is the joint business to fool people and make money by showing nice pictures and reviews on the website and needs to be addressed.

  5. Cancel your Hamas supporter get together. You are no better than the participants like Rashida Tlaib and Marc Lamont Hill. We are boycotting your chain because you have shown your true colors. You are un-American and supporters of savagery and depravity. Who needs you with so many honorable hotel chains and independent hotels around?

  6. I had the worst stay at the Hilton in Fort Lauderdale. My room was propped open when we arrived, none of the ice machines were working, front desk couldn’t speak English, WiFi didn’t work, no breakfast amenities or lunch, had to pay our own trip from the airport to the room(which was included).
It was Super Bowl weekend and we had no TV. We had to walk to another hotel for food and to watch the game. I did the survey because they sent it to me. I’m not that person who complains but in this case, I thought they needed to know how bad it really was and they sent me a voucher to use for another time. This beats all! My voucher expires 2 days before my next trip. I was in and out of the hospital several times with two major surgeries and two minor surgeries as well as taking care of my 85 year old parents. I am now permanently disabled. No one all the way up to corporate was willing to extend my voucher 2 days. YES, TWO DAYS!!! I am done with Hilton and my honors points. Looks like all these reviews are negative. I really hope someone reads these from corporate but then again, they wouldn’t help me!
