I have a suggestion that will help bring back customers and improve retention. I live near store #680 in San Diego. On May 19, 2023 I went into the store. I went back in to the store because I forgot my cane. As I entered an employee greeted me and asked if he could help me find anything. I was shocked! That was the first time anyone greeted me and asked to assist me. I usually avoid Home Depot because I dont’t see well and past employees act put out if I ask for help or they don’t show up in the aisle. Ace Hardware is near this Home Depot. When I walk in 2-3 employees greet me and ask what brings me in. I tell them my vision is poor and they walk me to the aisle and point to the items! I wish Home Depot would do this. I guess you have forgotton that without customers you have no business. In Hollister mo store we have bought a power washer broken when delivered had to take to store ordered a 700 swing wrong size bar had to wait for that to be shipped power washer missing part a car trailer that had the wrong plate placement table saw this is for this year and they do not want to give us one of equal or better. Over thousands we have spent and you wont help two disabled people who order on line because we are not able and then we have to drive miles to return you, SIR GET YOUR PRODUCT BACK WHO IS Compensating the customers for their ,time, gas, inconvenience. Dear people at Home Depot you should not be selling products that is garbage Samsung is the worst washing machine I ever had. Customer service is the worst I ever seen you’ll need to straighten up your ass. There’s a lose a lot of money. I’m so pissed off I bought a wash machine two years ago and got totally fucked on it now I got to spend more money to get a new one after shame on you don’t wanna help people out we just keep taking money, money money, y’all need to straighten up and stand behind your products that yourself there’s nobody else old to tell me what y’all
If you only want to wash 2 to 3 pieces of clothes in the wash machine, same song is the best but wash valve tiles. Forget it.
