This is UmaMaheshwar R Yerabati, and I am the Customer of your Huntington Bank, Bolingbrook branch, Illinois. I have opened the Savings, Relational Checking & Credit cards accounts sometime in first week of March 2023 at Bolingbrook branch, Illinois with the help of Branch Manager. At the time of opening the credit card account she applied the cash back offer code and I spent more than $1000 expenses before 90 days, but till today I didn’t receive the Promotional Cash back $$ ($150), when I called the Customer Service for the same and they updated me there is no offer code is used while opening the Credit card. I contacted the Branch manager multiple times with the same and she responded with the trail email chain that credit card system having some issues and I will get the cash back rewards soon. But till today I didn’t get any response from the Branch Manager or Customer Service team to resolve my issue.
I would highly appreciate, if you kindly look into my issue and help me to fix the issue ASAP, and provide the Promotional Cash back rewards to my credit card account.
