We have ordered at least 3 times a month since the store in Houghton Lake Mi has open and my husband has always ordered the same way sauce all the way to the edge because we don’t like crust, today he was told can’t do that corporate policy. Really if this is the case we will get our pizza someplace else
I’m waiting on my pizza order an hour later when it was supposed to already be ready. Setting outside with kids for an hour is no fun! Something needs to be done
Order a thin crust pizza with 4 items on it extra chesse,sausage, pepperoni,onions and why was there no sauce or cheese on the pizza the other things nor did they get the order right so I called and was explaining my concerns the guy hung up on me.Now the store is not clean as I scan my surroundings there was a mice/rat traps visible in the opening no one has moved the warmer unit to mop up the dirt around the bottom wheels of the units. Some of the worst and disrespectful managers , customer Service and staff I’ve ever encountered in the 30 years I’ve been patronizing little Caesars pizza. Especially at the 14319 Greenfield Detroit Mi, 48227 with the Sunday night manager along with 12712 Fenkell Detroit Mi 48227 night manager as well. Both locations tell you the are closed when the store hours are posted that they are open. Terrible experiences and complaints go unresolved. I also have my experience at these locations on video.
Little ceases is a great place for pizza, good taste, but the store on Delaware Ave. In McComb Ms, is getting to where they are playing on their phones, late getting in the store, they open at 10:30 am and when you walk in noting is done, no pizza , no bread sticks, and a lot of times they won’t have any bread sticks done for 2 or 3 hours after they open, I can understand waiting a few min to get your order but this one store is getting pathetic with stuff.
These 2 new managers Rigina and Amy, not sure their last names, are terrible. They yell and scream at the kids working there cursing and all, Amy even grabs them to yell at them. The management at the somerset kentucky location is terrible. I know an employee that works at that location who is under age and is only getting 1 break in an 8 hour shift because the management is shit! They really need to drug test and look into what’s going on in that store.

The Little Caesars in Warrior Al is worthless they never have anything always out of dough the night manager Michelle or Melissa not sure which one was outside sitting in her car with doors locked on her lazy ass smoking and wouldn’t fix my online order was informed after I got there they were out of dough they either need to shut the doors or get better management she should loose her job for being outside smoking and on phone instead of getting people’s orders ready
The little Caesars in Laverne, CA went down big time. I went to order a pizza at 1:15p and was told that it would be 15-20 min wait. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told it was in the oven. 10 minutes later I asked again and the manager said let me go check, he returned with a pizza and set it down on the counter. Then he proceeded to take several more orders and eventually gave me the pizza. When I commented that it had been sitting there for 10 minutes and that I was late for work now, all I got from him was, “…it hasn’t been 10 minutes “. No apology for it taking so long or for setting my pizza down while he took more orders. Very upset and disappointed with this establishment.
