1. I been going to mic donalds since I was a kid an have always been satisfied till tonight i went to st. John street mic donalds. An how rude was the crew. I waited 15 min for my order to be taken because the girl with dreads at the front counter was hiding with her friends around the corner not even working. The manager was looking for her an she was to busy socializing. Trying to hide with her friend. Then she telling customers they need to leave an get out. I’m in shock still. Personally someone like that should not work for a company like this. The manager was the only one I saw working hard an she was even getting frustrated wondering were her front help was. I hope someone looks i to it because I watched 7 people walk out cuz of how rde this young lady was. I know personally I wont be back to this location.

3. The seymour wi location seriously needs to be looked into. Today I went inside and watched a 50 something year old MANAGER pick up a cup that fell on floor and put it back in dispenser to be used. A frickin manager did this!!! I am definitely looking into contacting osha… if she did this in full view of customers what else are they doing that puts people’s health in jeopardy. Absolutely disgusting

5. On 6.15.2023 I entered the store (#14244) on Falls Rd in Hamden Md. , I was the only customer present at this time. I was at the register and a tall thin man with a reflective safety vest asked me “Do you want to order?” abruptly as if I were bothering him. I replied “Yes”, he stepped around the counter slowly to the register and asked “What do you want?” Again, with no sense of customer service involved. I placed my order and handed him the money. He handed me the change without any “Thank you” or anything. He had a very unhappy, bored look on his face as he walked back to the kitchen pickup counter. I was then greeted by what appeared to be the store manager, whom was very nice. She asked if I was waited on, and I relied yes. She smiled and went back to work. All of the other employees were very busy at work doing their assigned duties. Aside from this one individual, the store was very clean and appeared to be ran very well. The man brought me my order and handed it to me without any type of customer service reflected.
   I have to say as my ending remark, from my past visits to this location, this is the best operating condition I’ve seen it in, aside from this one person.

7. I went to mcdonalds yesterday and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese i got it and started eating on the way home I noticed the texture didn’t seem quite right as I look down at the burger I noticed it the red meat! It was somewhat cooked on top and bottom but when I took a bite the entire middle of it was not cooked it was leaking red juice everywhere! This isn’t the first time with the same store either i got a bunch of black thick hairs one time another time I only got a bun and cheese they didn’t even put the meat on the bun! And when I called they told me to call back later because they were to busy!
