Prof to me calling the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General’s office I thought I would give someone in an executive role an opportunity to reach out to me.
Long story made very short we are longstanding customers who began having issues with service in July. Your IT team is working on a remaining issue. Due to these issues we have been unable to fully use the service. I requested we receive a credit fo a month to offset. No one answering your phones seems to understand basic requests.
We are tired of the run around and want someone in AUTHORITY to reach out to us.
Please reply ASAP.
“My Only Love Song” Netflix Korea claims this is not a Netflix produced show so they don’t have English subtitles. They also do not have the credits at the end of one show I saw (they did for the Netflix show I checked). Wikipedia has the show as produced by Netflix. Netflix US has it labelled as a Netflix produced show which they said was wrong. I received a negative reply. With all the competition I believe that Netflix Korea has a sabateur(s) in their operation to give us less English subtitles which is extremely frustrating. The holders of licenses of the Korean shows can prevent streaming of the subtitles but not the distribution of the timed subtitle files which can be added on the computer. I only mentioned the Wikipedia article because I think they need investigation for hurting your company. This is a situation where they made a bad mistake, which is getting me a way to vent my translation frustration. My question is how many shows are they preventing the English subtitling where the license companies are not preventing licensing thus forcing me to different streaming sites? You investigate the poor customers. Investigate your own house.
