  1. Prof to me calling the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General’s office I thought I would give someone in an executive role an opportunity to reach out to me.
    Long story made very short we are longstanding customers who began having issues with service in July. Your IT team is working on a remaining issue. Due to these issues we have been unable to fully use the service. I requested we receive a credit fo a month to offset. No one answering your phones seems to understand basic requests.
    We are tired of the run around and want someone in AUTHORITY to reach out to us.
