We were very fortunate to have a Panda Express open in Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia a little while back. When they opened, it was marvelous. However, since then they have steadily gone down hill. Last night (8/19/21) around 3:30 pm, I went through the drive through to get us some dinner. The food was horrible. It was VERY overcooked. The fried rice was so sticky not light and fluffy. My husbands Broccoli Beef tasted like sesame chicken. In my Mushroom Chicken, the zucchini and mushrooms were so overcooked it was hard to tell what they were. To top all this, I drove up to the window. My total was $20.76. I handed the young man $21. He said he was sorry but they didn’t have any change. What???!!!
Please help us to get this restaurant back on track. Now I know why they are never busy. Thank you.
Went to Panda Exress and workers/management was very very rude! Threw food in garbage after taking one bite, tasted nasty!! They didn’t even give me my money back!! Will NEVER eat there again!! I walked out very pissed at everyone that works there including management!! I have told all my family and friends how bad this place is and still telling people!! You guys need to completely shut your company down all over the country!!! I’ve read a lot of your reviews and most if not all of them are negative which NOW I understand why!!
