Today, June 8, at 1300 hours, we decided to have Popeyes – which is 26 miles from our home, one way. We decided to treat ourselves even though it’s quite a drive. We ordered two 2-piece combos to eat there and a 12 piece chicken to go. While we were sitting there eating our lunch, a very loud argument broke out between the manager and maybe an assistant manager. It seemed to concern an employee quitting (?) for some reason. The male manager ranted on and on about how it wasn’t his fault,blah, blah, blah. The female assistant manager at one time asked him to calm down, but he just kept on ranting, very loudly, that he was the manager (again, blah, blah, blah) This went on for at least 15 to 20 minutes. They were right there in the kitchen where customers could hear every word. I got up after having enough of this, to ask them to take this argument somewhere else. He got very snippy with me and told me I had no business telling him anything. After I left the counter, the argument just continued with his yelling “I’m the manager” again. This man has no business being a manager. He has no manners and no respect for his employees or his customers. And while we’re on the subject of his managerial skills, my wife told me there was a loose 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no paper towels at all in the ladies room. I was at Popeyes on June 12th, 2023. I went thru the drive-thru in which I waited forever.
When I arrived at the window, the lady gave me my drink as she took my debit card. When she gave me my receipt back, she didn’t give me my debit card back.
I didn’t notice my card was not returned to me until the following day. That’s when I seen over 600.00 charge on my card. I called the bank to try and stop payments. They said, someone was continuously using my card. They’ve used it to purchase a computer and buy insurance from Kingston, Jamaica.
I went to the Popeyes in Pelham, AL. I believe that you’ll have a thief that works there. They’re not returning your card on purpose. Or the clerk may have laid it down and another worker picked it up.
Please be aware of this and investigate the matter.
This may well be the last time I visit the Popeyes at 6203 Saratoga Blvd. Corpus Christi Tx. Store is dirty, they had no napkins instead a very cheap roll of paper towels that anyone and everyone visiting had more than likely touched. When I asked for ketchup, they didn’t have any. The store was also very hot inside. This is Texas eating in a hot restaurant was not very pleasant.

My name is Anthony Miller I have a concern about an incident at one of the Popeyes restaurants in Lehigh Acres, FL 33971 2710 Lee Blvd. on Thursday, July 20th I stopped by this particular Popeyes on my way back from a dentist Appt. I don’t live in Lehigh Acres, but my Dentist is located there. I went through the Drive-thru and purchased a family meal for my family. when I arrived home we did not eat right away. We all started to eat and we all several pieces of chicken before I even realized. I my daughter just happen to start eating her 2nd piece of chicken and she notice the chicken was not done it was very pink and she start spitting it out. Im not sure If my wife or my wife ate some raw chicken as well. My daughter went to the hospital ( ER ) Friday night because of a very bad stomach ache. They ran tests and did all that and the nurse asked what did she eat? I have a pic of the chicken as well. last week I was communicating with someone ( 786) 977-8109 by text message concerning this incident and a case was created regarding this incident. I was told by this person that someone from corporate will be in touch with me in 7 to 10 days. it’s been 14 days and no one has made contact with me. The Popeyes manager at that location did call me and ask what happen and he apologize and said that someone from corporate should be getting in touch with me soon about this. Again he apologized. I thought I would step it up and send my concerns/complaint to someone who will be able to handle this matter ASAP. Thank you for your time.

I need a private contact with CEO of Popeyes.
We went to Popeyes on Grand Avenue in Gurnee , Illinois on Oct. 21,2023.
Our money was taken for chicken strips and a three piece dark meat dinner.
After waiting a long time, we found out that they had no dark meat cooked.
We had to wait twenty more minutes in the store only to discover they re-sold our chicken strips to a drive through customer. So when the dark meat was ready, they had no chicken strips. The counter clerks did not know their own
names or the name of the store manager/owner. We had to pressure to get our refund. We will no longer visit that location.
On 01/07/2024 I went to Popeyes in Joliet, IL 2301 W. Jefferson Joliet, IL at 3:05 PM Oder number 64 for $19.18. The cashier forgot to give me 6 chicken wings I have paid for. I called the aforementioned location (815) 730-1230 to inform the crew I was missing a part of my order. The rand and a voicemail came on stating I should call back. Believing this to be an error I called back 2 more times and the same VM came on. No answer from anyone from the store. I traveled back to the same location with my sale receipt and told the crew I was missing my 6 wing. this was at approximately 3 hours later after the Chicago Bears Game. The crew was rude never apologized. There are many places to get chicken wings in Joliet, IL I suggest costumers try them NOT this location.
