  1. Port Huron Michigan Sam’s club is one of the worse one I have ever shopped in. I understand that they are the only game in town and for this type of shopping we can’t go anywhere else without driving miles to go to BJ’S. But I get tired of being treated like garbage. I have a Sam’s club member close to 30 years. I shopped in New England until you closed them down and now I live in Michigan and never have been treated so poorly.
    I go through the self check out lines just so I don’t have to deal with the workers. This morning as I was leaving for the person to scan me out of the building I expressed how i don’t like being treated like a criminal (and that is the only reason why you do that) Brad treated me like crap. His disrespect for people is unimaginable. I have witness his behavior before to other customers. I understand this will go nowhere but at least it helps me to know every time I go in there I will be treated like that. Thank you for reading. Reverend Dennis W. Holland

    • The Palm Desert, CA must be under the same store managers leadership. It appears the hiring managers set the standard very low or they have the same standards of customer service.

      • Actually, it is really a tragedy. I totally agree with your comment. The store in Palm Desert, CA. Customer service is one of the worst that I had ever experienced. However. I am not surprised because most of the managers or supervisors barely have a High School education, That explains a lot of their inability to provide good service to customers. The managers, supervisors., employees are poorly trained. The only person responsible for the horrible management, or services provided in this location, or customer services on the phone is the CEO. The CEO of Sam’s Club is failing the customers. No one else. The CEO needs to do her job. As a right now, Kathryn McLay is the Chief. She is the one collecting millions for her job. Kathryn McLay forgets who pays her salary. Customers are the ones who pay her hefty salary.

  2. I been a longtime Sam’s Club member, the Chesapeake, VA store had terrible customer service at the customer service desk. The employees there must not like their job very much, and appears to be very unhappy with their JOBS & Dont like serving the Paying Members, they treat the Members with total DISRESPECT, the Employees Appear to be very RACIST towards the White Customers, especially an employee named CedAja at the customer service desk, she tends to snap at customers, call them names including calling customers RACIST, not knowing the customer what’s so ever, it appears this employee has some emotional and social issues. The employees will act the way management allows them to act, this is a serious issue with some of the employees at this Sam’s Club, just look up the GOOGLE REVIEWS, and there are way far more COMPLAINTS about this Sam’s Club in Chesapeake, VA on Sam’s Circle, which the area is called BATTLEFIELD. It’s near the Same area where the MASS SHOOTING November Night before Thanksgiving 2022, took place by a CRAZY MANAGER at the Walmart in the SAME SHOPPING CENTER, everyone knows about that unfortunate situation, that made NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL HEADLINES. If the employees don’t like serving ALL the customers/ Members with RESPECT, then those employees should find another place to work then, there is NO ROOM for BAD BEHAVIOR at any Business. Bad Behavior by your employees Should Not be tolerated by Sam’s Club Managment, but again consider the Source of individuals that work at that Sam’s Club, not many of those employees are well educated, and some have Serious Issues with Socializing with the General Public. I can Never shop at a place that allows Employees to treat any human with the Total Disrespect like the Sam’s Club does there in Chesapeake, VA. I will be taking my Business Elsewhere. Sam’s Club needs to Clean up that Place, it’s a TERRIBLE mess. Start with the Club Manager and the RACIST employees at the Customer Service Desk.
