I have sent numerous emails to your customer service with no resolution.
I currently own 5 pairs of Sketchers, so obviously I’m a believer. Last winter I bought a pair of Arch Fits at the factory store in Bluffton SC and they have been great except the laces won’t stay tied. I contacted your customer service and they said they don’t have laces and I could buy them elsewhere. Then I received an email offering me 25% off on my next purchase, after I saw a fall ad for 25% for anyone. I don’t want any discount off another pair, I want the pair I have with NORMAL laces. Shouldn’t be too hard for a global company, should it ??
