Really having a hard time to make edits to my Tesla car insurance policy- the app and computer log in is not working and it’s a 45-1 hour wait when I call in!! Seriously love love your car and technology is the best however customer service is completely lacking—- please advise on teams action item to improve the process and how long it will take?
You guys I’m having the hardest time… very annoyed right now. I love my model S… I live in Florida and the Sarasota location is the absolute worst! I needed to get my high voltage battery replaced… altogether it was $18,000 to fix. While the Sarasota location had my car and was replacing the battery they side swiped something in my car either test driving or just driving for fun, so when I got to the dealership to pick my car up after the battery was replaced It had very huge and deep scratches all down the drivers side and well as the front left side of the bumper was all scratched to hell… well when I started to question Sarasota as to why my car looked like that they proceeded to tell me “well the car could of looked like this when it was dropped off I don’t think anyone here is responsible for that, the tow guy coulda done it..” by this point I’m livid, telling them I know for sure that it wasn’t me or the tow guy, so the next day Sarasota calls and said they reviewed camera footage and yea they are responsible for the damage.. like duh I know that. So then they try and make me pay $1000 for the rental car that I need while the body shop fixes my car that they messed up. Now it’s only been 7 weeks since the battery was replaced and yesterday the same thing with the battery happened again and the car became undriveable. So now it’s been two days with no car and getting the run around trying to figure out where to go from here. Reminder since getting the new battery we have a warranty so…. Can not get a hold or even find a good number for a person that is in charge of the managers at the Sarasota location! Please Tesla make it easier to talk to a real person that can take control of the workers they have out here at these Tesla locations. I need help!
