I don’t quite know how to start with this, on a recent trip to Memphis Tn. The trip was to attend the funeral service of a close love one of mine. Needing a rental car for the stay, so I choose Thrifty Rental Car service. THAT WAS A MISTAKE! After having arrived at Memphis Intl. Airport on 6/23/23 at around 12pm. I was assigned a car and was on my way. several hours later the vehicle was experiencing starting problems . I contacted Customer service and was told to return the vehicle to Thrifty Car Rental for an exchange, as I approached the Thriftycar window there was a young African American female with long Braids in her hair. This person may be competent in handling the X’s and O’s of your business, but her people skills were very poor and the rude ghetto hood attitude that she used on the customer ahead of me and her continued display of ignorance and incompetence in her speech that was exhibited towards my wife and myself. This worker, in my opinion, has no business in a position of dealing with people and especially your customers. I can accept a vehicle braking down. But the manner in which your employee behaved.
