  1. I made an appointment for and oil change ad a tire rotation for 3/13 at 1130 to wait for the car. When I arrived the person at the desk Brian told me they called to confirm the appointment because I did not answer I would have to drop off the car and I could not wait. I never received a call, never had a message left. He said I must have made an appointment through your headquarters. There is no way for me to know that and he said that they can’t make appointments to wait for the car. His attitude was more or less “too bad” I would have to leave the car. Not everybody had a ready ride or a second car. I planned for this to don done on my day off as with other chores I was taking care of. I can promise you that if i was buying 1200 worth of tires I would have got it! This is terrible customer service When a person makes an appointment to wait it should be honored. 813 220 9464

  2. Another nightmare at tires plus. Looked for e mail address and was directed to a chat site that wanted aCC # for the $1 fee.
Two months ago I wrote a poor review regarding poor communications re. Selling me discontinued tires and attempting to contact me 1 hr b4 the appointment. Had an appointment for 7:30 today guy at counter unlocked the door at 7:12. Sign on the door and web says 7 am. Told me no techs available till 8.
Manager showed up to inform me he lost his lead tech and could not do the work as scheduled. Also indicated he was not happy that I gave a bad review the last time I was there. Well I again said if they did their job they wouldn’t get a bad review. When asked when he lost his lead tech it was 6 days ago. I asked but knew the answer, did you think or consider contacting the customers with appointments needing this tech?
I did business at this location since it became a Tires Plus but something has changed and not for the good. I can only think manager has not been educated in Customer Service. We did business in the Plymouth location and the Otsego location with no issues, something has changed in Otsego. Now we have noting but issues and it’s a crying shame. Retired VP of Customer Service Fortune 500 company. BTW the only way to stop me from writing bad reviews is to do your job. Without quality service there is no job. I no you said you don’t appreciate bad reviews so do yourself a favor. Learn what Customer Service is about and learn from your mistakes rather than complain about them. My next appointment is next Monday. I’ll post a review on that experience. Was also informed this time not last time I need to leave the car.

  3. Stay away from Tires Plus on McMullen Booth and 590 in Clearwater Fla. These idiots have nasty attitudes. Horrible customer service. My wife made an appointment online and in the system it say open at 7 am. When she got there , there was no one around. When an employee showed up (some black guy) he says to my wife if she read the sign on the door with an attitude. My wife told him that she had made an appointment and the system said 7am. He kept walking and shut the front door on her face. She had parked in front of the bay doors(she didnt know she couldnt park there) once again the same black guy opens the bay door and rudely told her told move her car. Even his co worker said to him “yo you cant talk to people like that”. Lucky for him my wife had more class than him besides hes lucky i wasnt there. The attitude in this place is horrible. My wife called the shop for the district managers phone number and whoever picked up the phone told her they didnt have the number. Who ever pick up that phone gave her some phone number and as soon as he gave her the number he hung up while she was talking. Needless to say we will not be returning to any tires plus.

I finally went there to check on car they finally working on it still not done, 7:06 pm car done. My email wasn’t working,so I went in store waived done Patrick…I heard him say in a rude and sarcastic voice he said she’s back guess who to his guy friends. Very unprofessional very rude and I will not be coming back here. I feel because it took all day and I had to miss work that tires Plus should accommodate me in some way due to this unprofessional manner.

  5. Tire Plus: Two Thumbs DOWN!
The quality of service will only improve when it affects upper management’s bonuses! In Miami, I am yet to experience any location with trusting mechanics. I truly hope an executive in this organization takes the time to start making changes to the frontline of there business.

They put I had a year warranty and could bring it in anytime to redo the alignment I’m afraid if I do they will brake something just so they could charge me for the repair
