Today is Sept 25 2023 at 330 I went to you’re location 502 market St in Denton md to pick up a door dash order you’re manager on duty who was not wearing a name tag and refused to identify herself was very rude and disrespectful and at first refused to give me my pick up order even though I tried many times to show her my pick up instructions another employee handed me the order finally after many rude comments to me by the manager on duty she’s always very nasty weather I’m come in as a customer or as a door dash driver and I’ve asked her many times for her name and she always refuses to identify herself other then manager on duty and her nastyness is becoming unbareable
Left a comment on the Royal Farms website 12 times because of a different issues the website says they will get back to you within 24 to 72 hours 2 months later I know that is a lie now so with Royal Farms there’s really no way to get a hold of customer service and in United States they have a business ethics law statute that says that there has to be a reasonable way for customers to get all the customer service which they violate.
On December 20, 2023, I purchased two Roblox Cards [ $25.00 ] each and got gas of $40.00. The total of my transaction# s583354703554898 on card ending 0936 [ $90.00 ] At location #188 in Aberdeen, MD. I had to have an employee help me with the purchase because of an issue with the registers. I waited at least a week notice did I did not get my 500 points per card as your promo stated, and my points for my gas as I usually get. After looking back on it, I see it was never applied. I reported this several times through your contact us online site, and just keep getting a text that states ( go view my points). I do see the points from other purchases, but I do not see that particular one I’m speaking of, for the Roblox cards and gas. Not sure if your employee did not add my employee number it was given at the time of purchase. Can we please correct this and allow me to receive my points.
