I am Galina B. have membership for about 30 years, in LA Fitness Morton Grove il, always some problems in the swimming pool. New manager Lina not a pleasant person and Jessica Zavala(District Operations Manager) always harassment me. Yesterday they call police, but I dint do anything, women pinch me and complain, Jessica Zavala called and said she cancel my membership in all LA Fitness,
I am a senior, have some health problem, she did my blood pressure high, heart beats and more. I suffered, emotional distress from district manager. I don’t think she deserved to have this position. She got this position from her husband Chris Komichek who got bigger position and gave her his. They provide miserable service. Please protect seniors. Managers always need be thinking about future, reputation,
sound good and be wary of taking any unnecessary risk. I believe that you review and investigate my complaint against Mrs Zavala & resolve the problem to save people health & life.

I am a member of Secaucus (NJ) LA Fitness, I want to cancel my membership because I’m not using it I was told I can only do it in person from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday which is during my working hours. I don’t want to lose working hrs to cancel the subscription, the gym is open till late in the evening and I remember doing my subscription lather than 5 pm or on a Saturday.
I go to LA fitness on Windward parkway in Alpharetta, Ga 30022. I would like to give recognition to the young lady that works at the desk where you check in. She is always upbeat and happy! I have seen her help customers and members while always smiling and happy. I don’t know her name but she always acknowledges everyone that comes in the front door and then again when they leave. I have been going to this location for years and some of the previous front desk workers would not even look up and say hi… like they couldn’t be bothered. I just want her management to know she is a great asset to their gym, making people feel welcome.
