Hi Mr Layton,
It has been a year now since you posted your comment about air conditioner “Service Experts.” Are you still accepting phone calls. I am having a similar experience with a unit that has broken down after 5 years and I’m being told that to fix it will cost 1/3 of what I paid for it. By the way I used to live in Jupiter also and new one of the original founders of the company. I’m in Jacksonville now and I’m getting very poor service suddenly and the members of this company. Apparently they have no general manager up here right now and I cannot find any route to contact corporate.
